1st International LGBT Leadership Summit

The LGBT Leadership Summit will convene LGBT Leaders from across the public, private, and voluntary sector in the UK and from around the world.

This conference has the primary objective to create a platform for the development of greater LGBT Leadership for both the individuals involved as well as fir the community at large.

This year the conference will focus on Self Leadership, Transformational Leadership, and the Media, and will be guide by 3 fundamental principles:

• inspire
• deliver
• transform.

The LGBT Leadership conference will comprise 5 main tracks:

• Self Leadership
• Leadership in Business
• Leadership in Politics
• Leadership in the Voluntary Sector
• Leadership in the Public Sector

This will be an experience that will allow you to build relationships with other LGBT organisations and individuals throughout the world.

Come connect with other LGBT people ready to lead in the community.

The LGBT Leadership Summit will help participants learn how to think creatively about critical issues that they deal with on a daily basis in their work.

LGBT Leaders will leave able to more effectively craft policies and build coalitions to bring those policies to fruition, learning from the experts, but also from one another.
