Out Proud and Equal in Northamptonshire

Open is an advocacy service for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (lgbt) people in northamptonshire to enable their needs to be considered by local public bodies. also the organisation acts as an umbrella for small groups that organise direct services to improve the mental health and well-being of lgbt people.
