Leicester lesbian gay bisexual and transgender centre is a voluntary organisation established to support lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in leicester, leicestershire and rutland. the centre exists to provide a safe social and support space, deliver high quality professional services that are responsive to the needs of the local community and challenge the inequality created by society.
