Performance improvement for the LGBT third sector
The Consortium has recently joined the National Performance Programme. As part of the programme the Consortium is working with Charities Evaluation Services (CES) to deliver free outcomes training for LGBT infrastructure organisations.
This two day course will help organisations adopt an outcomes approach to their work. Focusing on outcomes allows an organisation to concentrate on its aims and to bring about the changes to achieve them. An outcomes approach helps groups and organisations deliver more effectively for the people that use their services as well as improving communication with funders.
