Meet the Consortium staff team

 Paul is the Chief Executive for LGBT Consortium and is leading the organisation into its new chapter. He isworking on fundraising for the organisation and implementing the resolutions from the AGM in January and November last year. He is keen to be in touch with as many Member organisations as possible so feel free to drop him a line.

Paul joined Consortium, having spent 8 years working in the LGBT voluntary in the rural South West. He spent his time there developing infrastructure services for approx 100 LGB&T groups across the peninsula as well as working on strategic development of the organisation as the Deputy Director.

Mark works alongside Paul with the strategic development of the organisation. He also has responsibility for the organisation's work with London Councils.

Having worked at the Consortium since 2007 in a range of both delivery and management roles, Mark continually draws on the experience gained from working closely with members as well as his background in marketing, events management, computer science and governance.

Personalisation Coordinator and LGBT London Matters Worker

Dettie is Consortium's new coordinator focussing on developing our Department of Health funded work around Personalisation and Choice & Control. The project will be engaging with organisations across England and will run until March 2013. Dettie also spends one day a week with Mark on our LGBT London Matter work.

Vicky will be joining the Consortium team at the beginning of March and will be leading on our development of a Members' Council. She will also lead on our direct engagement and support work with members. All our members can look forward to contact with Vicky in the coming months as she looks to get our directory fully up to date!

Vicky comes to us with a wealth of LGBT experience, having worked for a rural LGBT charity for several years providing frontline support to approx 100 LGBT groups and projects.
